GAN, (formerly the GameAccount Network) the online gaming software developer and supplier has recently signed a deal to launch an online casino experience for the Chickasaw Nation. Currently, the Chickasaw Nation is among the twelve largest federally recognised tribes in the USA and they operate 20,000 electronic gaming machines within 20 regional casinos that include WinStar World Casino, Riverwind Casino and the Treasure Valley Casino.
This is a huge coup for GAN as they are tasked with bringing one of the largest Native American gaming enterprises online and into the 21st century. Chickasaw Nation’s casino properties currently serve the Dallas and north Texas metropolitan areas and are ranked among the ten highest revenue cities on Facebook for worldwide social casino gaming. GAN intend to combine Chickasaw’s existing traditional casino marketing with a multi-million dollar digital commitment to quickly secure a significant market share online in a region that is already served by a thriving land-based gaming enterprise.
The Chickasaw nation is easily the biggest American client that GAN have taken on to date and they intend to launch a social desktop, mobile and virtual reality casino experience for the tribe. The online site will feature over 200 slot and table games including poker, backgammon, gin rummy and blackjack tournaments.
Up until now, the Chickasaw Nation have felt left behind as they’ve watched all the other big casino brands diversify and move online and this is a golden opportunity to catch up. The proposed simulated gaming model will integrate with their existing on property reward schemes, so existing members will be able to use their existing accounts both online and in the physical casinos. The GAN model will serve as a vehicle to explore the rapidly growing online casino market as well as introducing the Chickasaw brands and games to a wider audience of casino game players.
